![]() D: I was kind of butthurt about that for a while, but it was worth the loss because I think this new version looks a thousand times better! I had gotten like 95% done with modeling this once before over a Christmas break, and then lost everything when the Cintiq Companion I was traveling with bricked and I had forgotten to upload my files to Dropbox. "I re-sculpted my female Demoman from scratch a few weeks ago. Once they’re finished, I might share the Zbrush files online for people who want to retopologize/textures/skin them for the game or SFM. I’m not a huge fan of the evolution of TF2′s cosmetics and I’m not too jazzercized about doing hats these days, but I love the art style of the game and modeling stuff for it is still a lot of fun and makes me happy, so I’m really looking forward to finishing these! :D Unfortunately, I just don’t have the time to convert them all into fully-usable models, so for now I just plan on sculpting them all out (and re-sculpting the old ones!) in my spare time. This was before cosmetics were a thing, and over the years it became increasingly impractical to support my mods as the number of hats grew and grew.ĪNYWAYS, the early ones were also basically my first attempts at character modeling ever, and while I still generally like the concepts, I consider the models to be pretty outdated and I’d love to update them.
